The word flip is an unpopular word these days. So to hear the radio interview that I just heard will be difficult for some. The interview is with Russel Ward. He is a land investor turned land investor mentor/instructor. I have not bought his product be have visited his website and heard his interview. He teaches folks how to buy land at wholesale prices.Interesting take on land as an investement and on the land market overall. If you are intersted in land then the interview wont bore you. It was informative. He mentioned that there was 60 billion acres in the US, that 97% of the US is rural and that 60% of baby boomers are looking to the rural areas to retire.
Anyway feel free to take a listen. It was interesting.
